Report Lost Tesco Bank Card
If you have the app for Tesco Mobile Banking, then you do not need to contact Tesco right away. It is useful if you are not sure where your card is, because you can just block it temporarily. Then if you find it again, you can simply unblock it and go back to using it as normal. If you do not find it, you can also use the app to report it as missing and request a replacement card. You should check your account activity so that you can contact the bank if there are any fraudulent transactions. If there are multiple cards on your account, then using the block feature will apply it to all of them. When you cancel a card and request a new one, they will send replacements to each cardholder.
Tesco Bank Lost Card Number
It will tell you to press 3 if you need to report a lost or stolen card. You will then have to enter your Tesco Bank account number, but you can just hold if you don’t know it. It will then connect you to an adviser at Tesco Bank. You will have to provide details including your name, date of birth, postcode, and phone number to prove your identity. They will cancel the card for you and investigate any recent transactions that you do not recognize on your account. They will arrange for you to receive a new card by posting it to your address.
Tesco Bank Replacement Card
You can expect to receive your replacement bank card within 7 – 10 working days. You can still access your money if you have the Tesco Bank app or a digital wallet such as Apple Pay. Tesco Bank will update your card details in Apple Pay so you can use it while you wait for the physical card to arrive.
