Once you are on the phone to a member of their team you need to tell them that your delivery has either not arrived or arrived late. The team member will investigate this for you and either inform you of why it was late/where it is immediately or take your information (this will include your account details, delivery details and your contact details) and get back to you about the delay in your delivery.
