Return Next Items Via Post
If you bought your Next items online you can return your items via the post. You will need to call the Next team on 0843 218 4726 to inform them that you would like to return your items via the post. You will need to provide them with your ‘Selfserve’ number which you can find on your ‘My Account’ page. You will then be sent a pre-paid label in the mail to attach onto the front of your parcel. Just take your parcel to the post office and you will be able to return the Next items and receive a refund.
Return Next Items In Store
If you bought your items in-store at Next you need to make sure the tags and labels are still on your items and that you have your recent. You can also return items you bought online by taking it in-store to Next you just need your dispatch note. You just need to take the items with the necessary receipt or note to your local Next store, there should be a returns or customer service desk in the store. Your return will be credited to your account and you will receive a receipt as proof of return.
Return Next Items Via Courier
In your parcel from Next there should be a return label, you need to peel this off and stick it on the front of your parcel. Fill out the returns note and place inside the parcel and then seal it. Go online to the Next website to organise for the courier to pick up your parcel and take it back to Next. Make sure the courier signs as proof of return and keep this until your items state ‘returned’ on the Next website. You will be charged £3.99 for courier pick up which will be taken off the return total.
