Their standard delivery service aims to make their deliveries within 6 days of the product being made and charge up £3.75 for each product’s delivery, yet sometimes the products don’t charge any delivery fee at all, or at least charge less than £3.75. The tracked express delivery service that Not on the High Street offer ensure delivery on your purchase by the next working day after the product is made, and charges £6.95 per product delivered. If you require your delivery to be made on a Saturday you can easily have that arranged, and the Not on the High Street team will arrange for your delivery to be made on the next available Saturday after your product is made. This costs £10.95 per product delivered.
If you have ordered a non-standard product from Not on the High Street, then the delivery times for it will vary, as will the cost of delivery, yet the price will always be shown on the checkout page, and your estimated delivery period will be calculated from dispatch. As Not on the High Street are based within the UK, any deliveries made to an address based outside of the UK will have to organise for international delivery to be made, which has different delivery times for the different time zones available. If you want to cancel your order from Not on the High Street before it arrives to your delivery address then you can contact the seller that you’ve bought from to let them know that you want to cancel your order, or you can fill in a cancellation form and email it to email@example.com with your name and order number in the subject line and the cancellation will be processed. However, if you decide that you would like to return an item after it has arrived, you can easily do this by repackaging and sending the product back to the seller within 14 days of letting them know that you intend to return. You will have to pay the cost of returning the product, and it is advised that you use tracked postage to return the item so that you can be sure about when your product has been received by the sellers.
When you cancel your order from Not on the High Street then your refund will be processed either within 14 days of the product being received by the seller or 14 days after you have provided evidence that you have returned the product to the seller – this is where tracked postage can be useful as you can provide evidence that the seller has received the product from the alerts you receive following the postage.

All cancellable goods that are received between the 1st November and the 21st December 2017 can be returned in their original condition before the 19th January 2018. Any cancellable goods that were purchased on the 22nd December 2017 or after will have their 28-day return policy applied.
