Lush is a cosmetics company based in the UK that aims to make all of their products naturally, even using recyclable packaging. Their website displays all of their products and you can browse their range of skin care depending on the effect you want it to have on your skin. They are also famous for their bath bombs and soap bars which can be tried and tested in stores. Lush is a company that is privately owned and shares will only be available to buy by invite only. Their head office is in Poole and they are a 100% vegetarian company. Lush have a strong ethic against animal testing and have fronted several campaigns in an attempt to discourage this.

You might need to contact Lush customer services if you are either unhappy with the customer service you received in store, have purchased a product that you are not happy with or would simply like some product information – maybe you have an allergy to a particular ingredient and want to check that what you are purchasing is safe for you to use. Lush products are 100% cruelty free and there is an amazing range to choose from for all parts of the body and all for different uses. Their website is a fun experience that describes all of their different products and also features reviews from people who have previously bought them, which can be helpful if you are in two minds about purchasing an item. The Lush UK head office is based in Poole, Dorset and is the place where all of their products are created and then shipped out to their various locations and shops all over the country. Although Dorset is where the Lush UK head office is, the other head office is situated in Vancouver, Canada and has been since 1996. A day in the life of Lush HQ involves brand communications, manufacturing support, finance, wood shop, visits to the distribution centre and store design. The ultimate aim of the Lush head office is ensure total client and customer satisfaction so if you feel you have not received this whilst shopping or using Lush products you can call or send a letter to the Lush head office to let them know your thoughts and opinions  – they will definitely take this on board as they are constantly looking to improve and thrive. When ordering from the Lush website, you will be asked to create an account at the checkout. This account is a place to view previous orders as well as track current ones to see when you can expect them to arrive to your chosen address. Your account will need to be accessed using a username or password of your choice and if you forget this or are suddenly having trouble logging in, you can call the Lush account number and someone will help you to gain access. Alternatively, you can click the ‘forgotten password’ link that will be available when you are logging in. You will use your email address as the username to your account and Lush will also register this to send you exclusive news, discounts, deals and offers should they become available. The account will save your payment details to ensure for a smooth and easy payment next time you make a purchase. This is a secure practice but you can remove any saved payment details or cards if you aren’t comfortable with them being remembered. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, such as something being ordered that you haven’t authorised then you need to call the account enquiries line immediately so that this can be looked into. If you are found to be a victim of a hacker or theft then Lush can arrange for the money to be refunded. If you are new to Lush and don’t want to go to the hassle of creating a new account, you can sign into it using social media. It is definitely worthwhile registering with Lush because subscribing to the e-newsletter can provide you with useful information but even if you don’t have an account and don’t want to register you can still check your order – simply enter your order number and billing post code so that it can be found.

Ordering from the Lush website is easy and hassle free and they use a reliable delivery service. All Lush purchases will be shipped as soon as possible but the delivery information that you are provided with on the website is based on the time after the items have been despatched. There are two delivery options available to UK customers. If you order your package by standard delivery, you will be charged £3.95. For items that weigh less than 2kg, you will receive your package from the royal mail – for items weighing more, a local courier will be employed to deliver them. If you have ordered by standard delivery, you can expect your items in 3-5 working days (from date of dispatch). If you need your product(s) sooner, you can choose Next Day Delivery which will cost £6.95 for up to 20kg in weight. Items will be delivered between 8am and 8pm the following day so long as orders are placed before 3pm. If orders are placed after 3pm on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note that next day delivery might not be available to all parts of the UK and it is worth checking on the Lush website or calling the delivery contact number before ordering if you suspect you might be one of those places.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase and want to return it, you can do so as long as it is in its original condition and hasn’t been opened or used. If you have not received your order, you do have a legal right to cancel it before you have received it for a full refund. However, if your order has already been despatched and you attempt to cancel it, you will have to receive the items and then post them back to Lush within 14 days. The refund due to you will then be processed as soon as possible  – usually within 14 working days. If you have waited that long and still have not received a refund then please call the Lush phone number and provide proof that you returned the items and someone can speed up the returns process for you.

I was in your store at breahead Glasgow I’ve never been in store before or ever bought any lush products so as a first time customer I had the most amazing time ever your staff where just amazing I think the girls names where Emma and Erin they were the nicest girls ever and never left my side help me the whole time I was in store amazing service and thanks to just them 2 girls I will most definitely be back very soon the products the secleted for me where out of this world and my skin has never felt so good I suffer from bad dry skin and I can’t believe the diffence in my skin in just a few days I thank your staff and the girls for helping me and give me the best shopping experience ever I left the shop feeling so satisfied and happy so thanks again to your team and I know have found my new fav place to shop Xx
