I was in your Leicester branch yesterday. I’d not been in for about 10 years and thought I would enquire about a cream for my daughters eczema. The sales lady Izzie was amazing and helped me through all of the options – cream, soap, shower gel and she had empathy as she too had suffered when she was younger.

I loved the whole experience and then she kindly gave me an ‘act of kindness’ with the shower gel.

Thank you very much for the great training and friendliness your staff receive!!!

Please pass on my comments to Izzie.

Is it OK to use the products after expiring date.

We are currently teaching yr 10 pupils about animal rights and some of the girls have told us that they would like to have been made aware of cruelty free products and choices earlier. I am therefore trying to put together a package to show to yr 7 pupils for next year. Are there are videos you produce that explain why a company such as yours has chosen to be ethical? It would be good to introduce a high street brand to the discussion? Many thanks.
