You can return products to Lush within 14 days of receiving the products. If you’re returning the product to Lush because you changed your mind about the purchase you may have to pay for the return postage. You will need to contact Lush to inform them that you would like to return your products you can do this by calling 0843 2080 744. If you’re returning your products because they arrived damaged, faulty or didn’t match the description of the product you have 21 days to return the items to Lush. You will not have to pay for return postage if your item was damaged or faulty.

Return to Lush via post

If you purchased your Lush items in-store you cannot return them via postal service. If you ordered your items online, there should be instructions inside the packaging with information on how to return your items via post including a sticker with the Lush returns address on it. If there is not a return label or information regarding returns in your package you will need to call the number listed above to get in touch with Lush regarding your return, they will then send you a Freepost label to allow you to return your items for a refund or to receive a replacement product.

Return to Lush in-store

You can return items to your local Lush store no matter if you bought the items in-store or online. You just need a valid receipt or dispatch label. Take the items to your local store and then go to the till counter or speak to one of the staff members who are available in the store. They will be able to put through the refund or replacement through the till and your refund will be issued in the form of the method you used to pay originally, cash, debit card etc. You will need to inform the team member of whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
