Littlewoods Returns Policy
The Littlewoods Approval Guarantee allows customers to return products to them within 28 days of receipt. These goods must be completely intact, including all the packaging and tags they originally came with. If you do not meet these conditions, then Littlewoods could refuse the return and send your package back to you again. Some items are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if their seals are broken, or if they are perishable or personalized.
How to Return Orders to Littlewoods
There are several ways for you to send parcels back to Littlewoods by post. First, complete the returns note and put it into the parcel with the return items after sticking the return label over the delivery address. Seal the parcel up so you can take it to the closest location for the returns service that you chose. This could be Click & Collect, Collect+ or the Post Office. If the product is too large then contact Littlewoods to arrange a home collection. You can log in to your online account to create and print a new returns label if you do not have one, or contact customer services.
Littlewoods Faulty Items
If your product is faulty then you can arrange a return through your Littlewoods online account. Select “faulty” as your reason for returning the item then follow the returns process. If the faulty item is electrical, then it is better to contact the supplier about the manufacturer’s warranty. You can ask Littlewoods for contact details for the supplier so that you can get assistance from the technical experts. If it is outside of the returns window when you notice the fault, or if it develops a fault later and is not fit for use, then complain to Littlewoods to get a refund or replacement.
Upon inspection of your return items, Littlewoods might reduce your refund amount to cover any losses in value for damaged goods. If you are returning one item which was part of a promotional offer, then Littlewoods may have to charge you differently when the offer is broken. Otherwise, you should receive the full amount that you paid for the item within 3 working days. It will go back to the card that you paid with. Littlewoods will only refund your delivery charges if you return the whole order or if all of the goods are faulty. You should be able to track your return online.
