In The Style Returns Policy
Once you receive the delivery of your order from In The Style, you will have 14 days to make any returns. You should contact In The Style if there is a problem with an item or simply send things back if you change your mind. There will be a peel-off label with your delivery note which you can use to post the returns parcel with Royal Mail or Asda ToYou. Include your returns form in the parcel and make sure that return items are intact. They must be unworn, in a resaleable condition, with original tags and packaging. In The Style can refuse returns with signs of wear, stains, or washing. You can’t return pierced jewellery, grooming products, perfume, or underwear/swimwear without seals.
In The Style Cancellations
The standard returns policy above applies if you are returning only one or several items out of an order. If you wish to return a complete order, then this counts as a cancellation. It only applies to customers ordering within Europe. You must notify In The Style in writing if you are cancelling your order. Be sure to include your name, address, and order number. In The Style does not notify customers as soon as they receive their returns. However, they will send a confirmation e-mail as soon as they issue your refund. You should receive this back to the payment method that you used within 14 days of your return arriving at the In The Style warehouse. Please note that if you use their returns label, they will deduct £2.50 from your refund to cover the postage costs. In The Style might reduce your refund further if there is any reduction in the value of the items. This means that if you return products with signs of wear, they can deduct up to the total cost of the item from your refund. They will issue store credit if the return is later than the 14 days.

Exchanges are available from In The Style for UK orders only. They will process refunds for all international returns even if they request an exchange.
