Dreams return policy
If you need to return an item that is damaged or faulty Dreams will come to your home and collect the item free of charge and will replace it or offer you a refund. If you just wish to return the item as you’re not happy with it you need to keep the item in perfect condition and in the original packaging (you can open the packaging and take it out to look but it need to return in the original packaging), the item will need to be picked up from your home. You have 14 days to return the items once they arrive at you.
Dreams returns for online deliveries
As mentioned above if your product arrives and you are unhappy with it you need to return it in perfect condition and you will need to pay £38 for collection of the product if it is large. If you’re returning smaller items it will be less expensive and quicker to return it to your local Dreams store. You will be issued a refund via the payment method used to make the original payment. Online orders will be refunded within 14 days of the items returning back to Dreams. If your item arrived damaged or faulty you will not need to pay for the collection of the product. Dreams returns for in-store orders
If you bought your items in a Dreams store, you brought it home and changed your mind about it or it is faulty or damaged you can take it back to any Dreams store for a refund or exchange as long as it is in perfect condition (unless it is damaged) and you have a valid receipt of purchase. You just need to take it to the customer service counter or speak to an employee and they will be able to issue a refund in the form your original payment method there and then.
Dreams exchanges for in-store orders
Dreams offer a ’40 night comfort guarantee’ which means if you bring home a mattress and you feel that it is not the right comfort level for you they will replace the mattress with another that fits your desired comfort level. You will have to pay any difference in price of the new mattress and they are unable to refund the difference if the new mattress you have picked is cheaper than your original. You can only use the guarantee after it has been 30 days from the day your mattress was delivered. You will need to pay for the collection and delivery cost of the old and new mattress which is £48. The mattress much is in a good condition which means it cannot be misused, soiled or marked in any way for the guarantee to be valid, they recommend using a mattress protector to make sure you can still use the guarantee if necessary.
